General House rules

Participants must be present 10 minutes before the beginning of the class.

Participants treat each other with respect and give each other the space to learn.

Participation in competitions is entirely at your own risk.

Injuries and (chronic) illnesses, such as epilepsy and asthma, must be reported to the instructor beforehand so that they can be properly considered.

Listen well to instructions and follow them.

Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.

Shoes are not allowed on the mats.

Aggressive behaviour towards an instructor or team members will not be tolerated.

Hygiene

Participants must wear clean training uniforms (only white or blue BJJ gi, with the HARDER JIU-JITSU logo).

Participants must be clean and tidy at the beginning of the training.

Participants must remove all jewellery (piercings included).

Participants must have short-cut fingernails and toenails.

Please leave the training rooms and changing rooms neat and clean.
